If you look at the most commonly used and traditional techniques for fish preservation is drying and salt curing in open surfaces. This may often result in unhygienic conditions. But at Rakshan Traders, we believe and follow hygienic processing and value adding to our products. Hence we use a solar dryer for drying the food products. Thus we make sure that the food products are dried in a clean and hygienic manner.
We ensure that the products are packed in accordance with the specifications of customers and exported in food container packaging. We take pride here that we don’t pack the products in hazardous poly packing and make sure we serve as an eco-friendly organization.
